False flags, error 7040

I’ve seen this has been an issue for many people of a cycle of getting their service disabled and being left with error 7040. It’s been the second time I’ve been left with error 7040 and the help center isn’t responding.

Would not buy

I would not use them. I signed up for a subscription while in Europe in January 2026 and requested to cancel in February. I was still getting charged as of June and had to get my credit card company to reject the charge. Even after emailing them multiple times I still receive bills as of late June, which they claimed I never told them why I wanted to cancel when I requested the cancellation multiple times. Can’t trust them. It will cost you more time with your credit card company and new cards than they are worth
