Redownloaded the app and the problem wasn’t fixed. The option to log into the Netflix account to begin using the app/game won’t show up after I press next. I cannot log into and play anymore.

It’s frustrating

Hello, I’d like to report an issue I’ve been experiencing with the game. First of all, it’s an amazing game, and I’ve been playing it for the past two years. However, I’ve recently noticed a recurring problem with Champions League matches. When I play the game for around an hour or longer, the game sometimes suddenly closes or cancels the match on its own. I’ve noticed that this issue happens more frequently during UCL matches, particularly during the UCL final. This is very frustrating, especially when it happens during an important match after spending a long time playing. I would really appreciate it if the development team could look into this issue and investigate whether there is a bug affecting UCL matches or longer gameplay sessions. Thank you for your hard work and for continuing to improve the game.
