Interesting gameNothing like the ads, I played since it began, it is a strategy game, nothing like the adverts I see, then you almost max out your castle and it costs several thousand pounds, yes thousands of pound to buy what you need to upgrade that last step. Misty Continent is basically the same game, but costs a lot less, I just wish the developers wouldn’t lie in the ads they put out 🥺

Time and $$$$$ neededThis isn’t an isometric puzzle game which was the original reason I downloaded it. It’s more of a city builder PvP game.
It has good tutorial missions which teach you how to play and then lets you loose. It is very much pay2progress and even more pay2win. Some upgrades and strong items are only available for people who drop real money. If you’re free2play then expect to be the punching bag for those who spend lots of $$$.
Joining an alliance is a must. More active ones will make the progress more bearable. Solo players will hit a wall fast.

Not a shooting game but it has its perksAs other reviewers have rightly said, this is not a shooting game. When you first enter there is a fun interactive shooting arena and the pirates do a silly dance and its all a bit giggles, however, after a while the devs have designed it so you get drawn in to developing an estate, joining an alliance and generally getting all up and competitive with everyone. I have watched players play for free, it takes a long time to get anywhere and they are always lagging behind. If you get into a good alliance it is fun and engaging and they may run lots of rallies and regular events which provides resources needed to expand, however, by joining an alliance you get sucked further towards the ‘pay now’ button and i tell you folks, anyone who hangs around long enough eventually ends up spending some coin. Buyer beware. Otherwise, enjoy!
