Scam, no free burrito

Downloaded the app and didn’t get the free burrito. Spoke to a store worker who was no help. Me and my friends orders were then forgotten about and we waited over 45 minutes for our ‘fast’ food. We asked the workers twice where our food was and they said they’d check but never came back. A different worker eventually asked what we were waiting for and then took another 10 minutes to make it
