The search function is not great. Most of the times the searches don’t load. And it’s been like that for at least 2 years. I would appreciate if you improved it, because the catalogue content is great and it sucks that the searches either don’t load or don’t show what you are looking for, even if the book is in the catalogue. It’s frustrating.
A 5 Star but it feels a bit abandoned and/or unfinished. For example, the edit box for entering a review does not support cut and paste. I want to keep a copy of my reviews so I’m going to paste it in to the app. I feel I have be complaining about this for 5 year because Scribd wasn’t getting any better either. Also, if you are listening on WiFi at home and you leave while listening on headphones, without notice the app will stop as it is silently drops the connection and waits for permission to stream on cellular. But we must be thankful for small mercies as it used to crash at this point.
Everand’s low subscription price is a game-changer for those of us on a limited income, making audiobooks far more affordable than services like Audible, which I deeply appreciate. As someone in my late 60s, I often relisten to audiobooks to follow complex plots. I’m thankful to the Everand team for making it easier to return to a finished audiobook after my previous review. However, it still resumes at the end of the book. It would be great if the app could reset the listening position to the beginning, like Audible’s clear restart options. Thanks for the update, and I hope this tweak can be made!
Buggy app. My downloads keep failing. Often the app looses track of my listening progress and starts the book from the very beginning. Overall very janky experience. They have a good collection, but if these bugs aren’t fixed I think I will stop the subscription and just buy the individual books.
After I paid for subscription I still don’t have access to the books, and even after I contacted support, I received email that they will be back to me within 24 hours, but it has been almost 5 days, and no reply or follow up. Basically my money was taken for nothing .. very disappointing experience
