Nice idea but a shockingly poor app from such a large technology company. Occasionally it works as expected, but currently it just crashes when I attempt to login (iPhone 12 iOS 15.1.1). Come on Samsung, sort this out, don’t continue to embarrass your company like this.
PRO: It works perfect in home (not anymore now after 2 weeks . It wont connect to my wifi anymore. Setting up with your wifi router it's a nightmare. WPS function won't work) CONS: Unfortunately you don't have the option to keep you logged in and you need to type a complex password each time you log in. If i keep the app opened my iphone seems to get hot and the battery is draining faster. - no option to give access to other people living in the same property (ex.tenants or family members) for a determined period of time without sharing your user and password - since last update you can not add a timer anymore: "reservation failed" this is the message you get every time you try to schedule a timer when you're out of home
Upgraded to iOS8 and the out of home function shows that the air con units are running, they aren't. The temperature being shown is also incorrect. Hitting back when viewing a specific unit causes the app to return to the initial page. Unfortunately I can't test at home functions right now.
Stopped working one day and doesn't control the air con anymore. And apparently samsung offers no support for iphone. Ridiculous.
