Phone was stolen, tried to login with a new phone but can’t get verified as I don’t have an old phone. You can only verify with a phone number if you live in some Asian countries which is ridiculous. They don’t care about uses who don’t live in Asian countries??????
This app works well for me in England . I have trouble connecting when I arrive in another country. Otherwise, it is as good as any app I use.
I’ve tried several times to sign up etc but constant bugs or error codes. I gave up in the end and opted for a reliable and stable social media app.
The dev team had zero considerations for people who travel or move around. Super narrow-minded like many Japanese apps and companies out there!! I tried to access my old account that I registered with a UK number and email but today it said my country no longer allows phone verification and forced me to verify by Apple account. I tried and it gave me an error message. I mean if I never used that account through Apple, how would they verify me? How on earth do you not have email verification? Why force phone number login?? I bought so many stickers in my old account, I don’t think I’ll buy anything anymore from you.
Not working on my iPhone can’t add friends or my phone so to using it useless app
i can’t log back in my account meaning that i’ve lost everything that i had on my line acc since i would’ve logged in with my phone number and now in the uk we can’t do that so now i have no access back in
