Awful technical support

App works fine until it doesn’t…and then you’re at the mercy of non-existent technical support with broken links and limited channels to communicate. Archaic technical support for both the app and the website

I have read and enjoyed the full e-edition of the Bangkok Post for many years, but your IT department or the company you have contracted has not made necessary updates to be compatible with IOS 14.2. Please get them on the stick.

App crashes

Good content but the app lacks

This app has one of the best designs that I have seen in periodicals. Unfortunately it also has bugs that make it quite annoying to use. The paragraphs are often cut off, missing the last line, the pages get "stuck" and often some articles don't even link up between the front page mode and the article mode. It's close, but detailed work is needed.
