We need the ability to turn off ChatGPT. Open AI is not a reliable company and it’s unacceptable that Viber enforced its use.

Poor quality, bug-ridden service

I was hoping to find a useful app with quality service but unfortunately Rakuten Viber is quite the opposite: low quality and bug-ridden. Viber Out is completely unreliable when it comes to calls. If you want something that works then you need to look elsewhere as this service is a complete and unreliable mess.

Worst app I have ever used

Paid for phone credit. Can find no way to actually make calls. Pitiful app stuffed with ads!

Rubbish money grabbers

Never got this to work. And since they take you payments details first, could not get into the app to cancel and they insist thats the only way to do it. Canceled payments from the bank and they just changed the bank they debted from at there end. Paid for months of unwanted subscriptions. Awful experience! Never offered any reimbursement! Even though I sent evidence I had no access to the app!
