I’ve used this app for almost a decade and it’s been wonderful. Unfortunately, the most recent update has caused major bugs. The UI is glitchy, it will scan a page and then immediately fail to save the scan, and it has even returned errors when I try to rename a document. I’ve restarted the app and restarted my phone to no avail. The app is now completely unusable.
Slower, bloated, and harder to use than earlier versions
This scanner has been a life saver for me.
I originally PAID for this app. They turned it into a subscription and now want me to pay to get what I already paid for. I will never use any of their apps again.
Dear Readdle Support Team, I have been using Scanner Pro to scan and manage documents, and I would like to suggest a feature that could improve its integration with ChatGPT. Currently, sharing a scanned PDF with ChatGPT does not provide a reliable way to select an existing conversation. This requires users to save the document to the Files app and then manually upload it to their desired ChatGPT conversation. I would appreciate it if you could explore the possibility of enabling users to: * Share scanned PDF documents directly from Scanner Pro to ChatGPT. * Select an existing ChatGPT conversation as the destination. * Attach the document to that conversation without creating a new chat or saving an intermediate copy. This functionality would significantly improve productivity, particularly for professionals who frequently review and analyze technical documents using ChatGPT. I understand that implementing this feature may require cooperation with OpenAI and support from the ChatGPT app. Thank you for considering this suggestion. Best regards,
