Flickr

I have been using Flickr trouble free for years but since 2020 I’ve had nothing but problems. First I was randomly locked out my original account which contained 100s of pictures. I contacted Flickr support several times regarding this and received no support whatsoever. I have checked several times using a friend’s account and it’s still active with all the pictures still there. I have asked several times for them to either delete the account or pictures as I don’t want them to be stolen but again they never contacted me back and I still can’t access the account. I created a new account in 2021 which I started uploading pictures too, adding faves, joining groups etc but then in 2024 I was randomly signed out and again couldn’t sign back in. I checked on this account again using my friend’s account and the account and all the pictures have gone. I created a third account in 2025 and every time I try to upload a picture it logs me out and I can’t log back in due to an invalid email/password error. I have contacted Flickr support again and a girl called Olivia has actually replied back to me and tried to sort it. Apparently the account keeps flagging the security system so she has to unlock the account, but when she does unlock the account and I sign in every time I try to do anything it just logs me back out and blocks the account. She has now unlocked the account 3 times but I got sick of going around in circles. So last week I created a new email address and account, which worked fine for about 2 days but I’ve again been locked out the account despite it being a completely new account and just get the same 404 error on the page, when I refreshed the page I got logged out and can’t log back in due to the same invalid email/password error. I’ve contacted Flickr support one last time to delete any remaining accounts as I’m tired of going around in circles with them and I won’t be using Flickr again.

For a considerable time now, the app fails to update notifications in the bell section and faves / views randomly update. I have tried all the solutions I can find on google but the app simply does not work properly

As of recent they have completely messed the app up most days I can’t even download my own photos because of bugs, can’t use landscape at times and overall it just runs awfully I’ve been a Flickr pro subscriber for over 10 years and I don’t feel I’m getting my moneys worth anymore I miss the old app never had a single issue. Rating will improve when you actually fix this app.
