HOW SURE ARE WE
Small app: combines its grossing ranks with ratings growth (437 new ratings a month on average since launch). Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2.4 times, so the range is wide. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

I’m done with these people

This is the second time that they have blocked my account for no reason. It has been over two weeks since this BS started and we have gotten nowhere. Nothing changed on my end to cause this. They ask ridiculous questions such as “how many passwords do you have stored in LastPass?” (even though they claim to have no access to your master password - so they still have access to your account?). Another question is “what city and county were you in when you last used LP?” Luckily I have some backup that I’ve created since they did this to me the first time. I can’t wait to quit them just as soon as I make sure they never get another penny from me.

Need live support

There are times when live technical support is needed. LastPass works great when it works but is useless when I can’t get in and can’t get technical support to login.

Not so simple to link devices

Great idea and when it works it works great. Here are some issues. First when you change a password on your computer it does not always update to the app on the mobile device. Second it will only remember passwords when you are logging into a website online. If you are logging into a program in your computer it will not trigger to remember the password. It two facto authentication does not send a text. It goes to an authenticator
