Very good app, but EU/UK Apple Health sync needs fixing

MyNetDiary is one of the most comprehensive nutrition tracking apps I have tested, and I particularly like its detailed food tracking, extensive features and Apple Health integration. Unfortunately, I discovered an issue with the way carbohydrates are exported to Apple Health when the “EU and UK” food label type is selected. For example, a European nutrition label showing 63 g carbohydrates and 3.4 g fibre is displayed correctly inside MyNetDiary. However, Apple Health receives approximately 66.4 g carbohydrates while fibre is also exported separately as 3.4 g. This appears to export the US-style “Total Carbohydrate” value rather than the EU/UK carbohydrate value. This is important because other apps reading the nutrition data from Apple Health then receive 66.4 g instead of the 63 g stated on the European food label. I reported the issue to MyNetDiary Support, provided screenshots and diagnostic data, and the case has been forwarded to the developers. I am currently waiting for their findings. I had also purchased Lifetime Premium for €99, but requested a refund while the issue was still unresolved because I did not want to lose my refund window. Support later explained that the €99 Lifetime price had been triggered by a recently purchased annual subscription on a new account and unfortunately cannot be offered to me again. That is particularly disappointing because I would happily purchase Lifetime again once the Apple Health issue has been resolved. I will gladly update my rating upwards once the EU/UK carbohydrate synchronization issue has been fixed
