Not worth

I have purchased 2 products in last 1 month. One product which was purchased on 16th August is still in the delivery process, as on 31st August. Multiple mails, telephonic communications could not provide any solution. Product is still with the delivery partner. Delivery location was Shimla 2nd product had some problems so it was supposed to be replaced, which never happened. It was supposed to be delivered and replaced in Delhi itself!
