Betrug

Obwohl man die Testversion nimmt und diese kostenlos ist, werden einem direkt 49,99€ abgebucht. Die App und das Buchungssystem über den Apple App Store ist anscheinend völlig fehlerhaft. Das ist Betrug! Man muss erst umständlich über Apple App Store reklamieren. Unfassbar.

Leider Abzocke

An sich ist Muse eine gute App und ich hätte sie vermutlich auch weiter genutzt. Was mich allerdings sehr geärgert hat: Ich habe das 3-tägige Probeabo für 0 € abgeschlossen und die App innerhalb dieses Zeitraums ausprobiert. Trotzdem wurden mir plötzlich 29,70 € abgebucht. Das Geld habe ich zwar über meine Bank zurückbekommen, allerdings wurde meine Karte aus Sicherheitsgründen gesperrt und ich muss nun auf eine neue Karte warten – also jede Menge unnötige Rennerei. Für mich ist das daher leider kein wirklich kostenloses Probeabo. Wer bereit ist, direkt dafür zu bezahlen, bekommt meiner Meinung nach eine gute App. Beim Probeabo würde ich aber definitiv vorsichtig sein.

Vorsicht Abzocke!

Absoluter Mist. Es wird eine dreitägige Probeversion angeboten, die faktisch aber direkt zum Abschliessen eines Jahresabos und der Abbuchung von 49,99€ führt. Das Geld wäre die App auch unter fairen Umständen niemals wert, unbedingt Abstand nehmen. Null Sterne.

SCAM! Betrug!

I clicked the 3-days-trial-button and immediately cancelled it in my apple abo settingw but they charged the full price of a year subscription of 49.99€ ?! I can read in the other comments here that I am not the only one where that happened! And the app keeps crashing down/freezing - I want my money back!! Ich habe auf den Button für die 3-Tage-Testversion geklickt und die automatische Verlängerung des Abonnements sofort in meinen Apple-Abonnement-Einstellungen gekündigt, aber mir wurde trotzdem der volle Preis für ein Jahresabo von 49,99 € berechnet?! Wie ich in den anderen Kommentaren hier lesen kann, bin ich nicht die Einzige, der das passiert ist! Und die App stürzt ständig ab bzw. friert ein – ich will mein Geld zurück!!
