Ugly interface

The interface killed the fun for me. Fonts are very generic, center aligned inside boxes with golden borders, very generic icons… please hire a designer. This is painful to watch. Even AI can do better.

Predatory Monetization & Misleading Event Packs - Beware!

I’ve been a dedicated player and supporter of Tacticus, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. I spent over $20 USD on Blackstone to participate in the World Eaters event, only to find out that their "Special" 4,000 Blackstone pack is a complete trap. In this game, a standard 10-pull costs 3,000 Blackstone and guarantees a full character. However, this event pack costs 1,000 MORE (4,000 BS) and only guarantees 40 shards—not even enough to unlock a single unit. The UI is designed to mislead: it uses bold letters for "Guaranteed" and "Boosted", but hides the fact that you're paying more for a significantly worse reward than the standard pull. When I contacted support, the response was a cold "read the fine print". It’s a predatory tactic to charge paying customers more for less value. If you’re thinking about spending money on this game, be very careful. Snowprint seems more interested in technicalities than in treating their paying community with fairness.
