support agent asked for product ID, i clicked ‘send product’ to share product info. she said she needs product ID if i leave the chat, it ends the design does not make sense

Difficult to use the app, the website is better but still no live agent or tiktok seller contact to reach out to for questions that cannot be answered by AI.

You’ll get mixed up on where your orders go. The user interface of this app is bad, the customer service they provide is also bad. They take almost 2/4 of your money and they make u work like a dog. There’s no way to control how many sales you want to make today or what time you want to cut your sales timing. You could get a order at 1am and they’ll expect u to ship it out the next day. Tiktok is money hungry.
