Unable to proceed even with completed games

While I love playing mystery files and have been a member for almost an year- I am facing issues with the recent games released. The heart in bloom series has 4sub games - I have completed two. I even received gems and stars for completing Even though I have completed two games, the second games isn’t shown as completed. Due to this , I am unable to download the third game, claiming that I haven’t completed the second game. Please resolve

Interesting stories and mysteries with insane gameplay but it has quite a few bugs. I’ve been stuck on the same scene for 3 days because no matter where I tap nothing happens. Finally I had to uninstall it.
