Just a constant load circle

Can’t even get past the first step of the tutorial. Took me to the buy my first plot screen and then won’t let me click a green square. Little astronaut just has a loading circle constantly. Sat for 10 minutes still didn’t load. Tried WiFi and 5g and it still wouldn’t load. Pointless
