Downhill

Used to be great but sucks the last month!

Starting to be unplayable

Win rates have gone down for this app as a whole. Different slot games being added are uninteresting and no real “bonus” or jackpots being won. Seems like this app has lower amount of players. Rewards you get from points are only good if you level up to 5+, but you have to spend enough money to get to those levels. The events highlight the same 5-6 slots games this past year alone, with the rewards in the event not being much for how much time and coins you use to get the rewards.

Games are broken and nobody in lobbies

This app has gone down hill. Their positive reviews have to be paid people. You go into these slot trims and most of these games won’t trigger a bonus. I watched tennis tonight and left my game open. 3 hour tennis match and no bonus hit the whole time. I have a picture of how many credits I have in that lobby. I sent it to the help section and they refuse to fix the game. Did you know when you go to Vegas you can’t use these points if you use your points off the mgm card? So what’s the point of having your credit card? Why can’t you use both? You punish people for using your systems. It makes zero sense.

Great App and variety of slots. The only issue I have is that most of the rewards are for traveling like hotels or cruises. It would be nice if they had more gift card options or cash.

Customer service trash

I’ve contacted customer service multiple times in the last two months received no responses. I tried the online form which told me the only way to get help is through the app. No one ever responds through the app. My link for my rewards doesn’t work and I can’t cancel it. No help whatsoever no point in earning points for rewards, you can never actually use

Longtime player

This game is fun if you allow it to be. There is absolutely no cost unless you choose that path. I never have and still enjoy it for exactly what it is- something you are being marketed to spend money on. That’s a choice. And an everyday reality of marketing. These places are in the business of making money as are almost every business ever created. As far as the actual gaming? I’ve been up 28 billion and always end up at 0 eventually. They restore a small amount of chips on a semi hourly basis and a larger amount on a daily basis. You win some and you lose some. Guess how much that costs? Unlike real casinos? $0 (unless you choose to buy something they offer which they hope you do). For those complaining about costs? Grow up and learn some self control. No one’s forcing you to spend money on the same thing you get for free
