Good game play but the promotional BS is sad.

I used to play this game all the time, but I stopped playing, but now I’m back again. The promotions have a tendency to cut off, just when you have opened up your bags and are about to get a reward. The gameplay is good, but the connectivity is awful. Now I remember why I left in the first place. I have no connectivity issues with other games even those which require heavier bandwidth than this game. #losingmoves

Mid customer support

So the game itself is REALLY good but when I went to one of the championships, they gave me little to no rewards compared to what I was supposed to get. And customer support is not really helping either. They said to check my inbox but it’s empty, so I’m asking myself… Did I scan myself days?

Crooked game

They have wrongly accused my account to be fraud. And when tried to contact support they never respond back which is awful. This should be removed from the Apple Store.
