Bitte um erneute Prüfung eines Lieferproblems

Wir überprüfen bei jeder Bestellung sorgfältig den Namen des Geräts des jeweiligen Lieferfahrers, bevor wir die Bestellung übergeben. Trotzdem wurde uns von Uber mitgeteilt, dass die Verantwortung vollständig bei unserem Restaurant liegen soll. Das können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Von anderen Kunden haben wir keinerlei Meldungen über falsche Bestellungen erhalten. Wir bitten Uber daher, diesen Vorfall nochmals intern zu prüfen.

Better before Update...

I didn’t get it why we have an manager app when we can’t open all menu points as at the dashboard on the websites… before the update I could look up for some menu points. Now I can only see the daily or last day statistics and cannot open the menu because it’s not there anymore. Please fix that and make an app like the dashboard! It make no sense to open the app if I can also go to the website to check… *** october Update: Still continue bad app design and non useable.. I don’t know how an app is created by such a big company like Uber… shame on you
