Dommage que les livreurs ne vois pas les horaires d’ouverture de mon entreprise. Il livre quand elle est fermée ou les dimanche.

Why is the cart now sorted by delivery date rather than in order of when I added the item to the cart? This is so impractical considering I, like most people, keep several items in my cart at once. Now it’s extremely annoying to find items I want to purchase when I’m ready to purchase them. Please change it back!!!!!!

Very frustrating that accessing customer service is all but impossible. All instructions lead to dead ends. How to make a complaint? How to chat? Intentionally making it difficult to ask questions is insulting!

My very first time using Amazon Business (despite using Amazon for years), and I will be shopping elsewhere. I ordered bandages through Amazon Business for work, and received the completely wrong item — an error on Amazon’s part. When I tried to process a return, the item was flagged as ineligible. I contacted customer service for help and was told I needed to submit a government-issued photo ID for an “internal investigation” before they could even consider a refund. I was then told to wait three business days and follow up myself, *as they would not be contacting me with results.* So I called customer service to confirm that submitting an ID, and waiting 3 days, was my only option. They were just as unhelpful — the agent read my email back to me and confirmed there was no alternative resolution available. Point blank. Submitting government ID to resolve a $50 shipping error caused by Amazon is an unreasonable ask, IMO. I’m being asked to follow up, as they won’t reach out to me for a resolution. The burden is entirely on the customer, and the experience has left me with serious reservations about using Amazon Business again. Thanks Amazon!

I purchased as advertised a 14 k gold ring with 1 ct moissanite diamond from amazon through a third party seller. I ve been a long time amazon customer. I trusted them. I was flabbergasted when i found out that the ring was made of copper and zinc. Amazon refused to take any action as it surpassed the 3 months time frame. Shame and shame and again shame. Won t spend another penny in their platform
