Notifications disappearedThis app is great when it works. I used to consistently earn around £2–£4 every month, but after an update last year, the notifications for new surveys stopped coming through.
I’ve tried contacting you about this a couple of times but unfortunately haven’t received any help. I’ve also tried changing my notification settings and switching notifications off and back on in the app several times, but nothing has worked.
I do receive notifications from other apps without any issues, so it seems to be a problem with this app rather than my phone settings.
I’d be very happy for someone to contact me and help troubleshoot this, as I’d really like to get the survey notifications working again.

rubbishi used the app before, downloaded it again and doesn’t have receipt icon anymore like it said it does. ive emailed my receipt like they said and they never respond back or gave me points. also no surveys

No NotificationsThere’s no way to report this but as others have mentioned; The notifications don’t show. Even with maximum notifications switched on in the settings. I’m wondering if this is done on purpose so they don’t have to pay out as much with surveys timing out before people know they even have any waiting. I have to get in the habit of periodically checking the app if I have any. Very rare that I do get any surveys anyway.

No notifications.Why doesn’t it notify you when there is a survey. I go for weeks and and when I check the app there is a survey but I wasn’t told about. Rarely works.

Getting worse over timeWhen I first started using this I was given a £2 default payment and additional for surveys, was making a reasonable £4-£5 monthly, then they took away the basic £2 and I started to make between £2-£2.50 a month, now I’m lucky if I make 90p a month, I check daily, no notifications, have checked the app and settings but nothing out of place to stop this, so far I have made £93.05 since may 2023, so not amazing levels of money, but at the moment not worth my time and effort for 1-2 surveys a month

Garbage appUsed to be good with receipts, now I’m lucky if I make 25-50pm a month I rarely ever get surveys have 1 a month it’s a complete waste of time used to be worth while.
You’d of been better of discounting the app all together.
