Latest reviews, United Kingdom App Store.
I’m writing about a subscription issue with my aha account. I paid for the subscription, but I am unable to utilize the channel and cannot watch any movies. The app is not working. I contacted your support agents, but the steps provided did not resolve the issue. No proper response from the agent further. Since I have paid but cannot access the service I was promised, there is no point in continuing to pay for a channel I cannot use.
I subscribed to Aha Gold but the quality of the video is far less that HD. I use Apple TV and My internet speed is 200mbps. When contacted customer service they told me to delete the app and reinstall what a pathetic service it is. Not worth the money for quality of the video and the quality of the content.
Poor quality movies … no A grade movies…only showing interest to upgrade… if improved quality members are increasing in short period.. if you don’t mind , follow Netflix.. we have only one OTT telugu app try to run long time and pressure members to put 5 star Rate.
It’s too slow and needs lot of updates
I wish I could watch movies
Stops frequently and doesn’t continue. Need to close the app and open again.
Same category, earning about as much.
