A fuir, et vite les colis arrivent 1 fois sur 2

Les colis arrivent une fois sur deux et bien évidement dès qu’il ya un problème on ne peut contacter PERSONNE. Pas de mail, pas de chat en ligne, pas de téléphone.. j’ai 23 achats qui ne sont pas arrivé, je n’ai toujours pas de remboursement, impossible de contacter quelqu’un. Vraiment à fuir !!! il y’a d’autre plateforme beaucoup plus performante !!!

Application à bannir

Application à fuir ! Les offres de bienvenue et de parrainage semblent loin d’être respectées. J’ai été débité de la totalité d’une commande alors qu’un coupon de bienvenue de 20 € était censé s’appliquer. Pour obtenir une explication ou un remboursement, il faut batailler avec le service client et enchaîner les réponses automatiques sans obtenir de véritable solution. C’est inadmissible de devoir se battre pour faire respecter une offre annoncée. Vu le manque de sérieux et de considération envers les clients, je déconseille fortement cette application. Il existe des plateformes bien plus fiables. Pour moi, c’est terminé : application à bannir !
