音の追加ができない

プロジェクトを作成して一旦ホーム画面に戻ると、作成済みのプロジェクトの音の追加やフリーズフレームの作成が出来ない

Photo director モバイルがappからiPhone にダウンロードできなくなった

状況→元々モバイル版のサブスクに入っていた。先ほどまで普通にiphoneで使っていた。キャッシュが溜まっていたため、一度削除してインストールし直そうとした。appでインストールしょうとしたら、photodrirectorが、「このデバイスには対応していません」と出ている。 iphoneは16でIOSもバージョンは最新です。また別に持っているipadで試みようとしたが、そちらも同じく「このデバイスには対応していません」と出る。よくみるとmac専用になっている。しかも今、appでphoto directorで検索しても単独の候補で出てきませんよ。どうなってるんでしょうか？至急対応をお願いします。｜

出力ミス

iPadプロで3年ほど課金して利用しています。 出力したら編集前に戻っている（編集データ全飛び）が連続しており困っています。 編集後で2G程度です 今までこんなことなく、音ズレがあるくらいで問題なく使用できていたので、AI機能を増やすのはいいけど、メイン機能を疎かにしないでほしい 早急に対応お願いします。

音源が読み込めません

他の方も同様の現象が起きてるみたいで、早急に治していただきたいです。 MP3音源が読み込めなくなりました。(たまに動画ファイルも読み込めない時がある) 当方最新verで、スマホ本体も最新verのためアプリ側が原因と考えられます。 対応お願い致します。
