Cameras now useless

I purchased 3 cameras which were initially good. Now they only provide me with a thumbnail and no video unless I pay more! Not happening!

Useless

Useless without a subscription, delays recordings and sends thumbs of nothing after the person/vehicle has passed then have to watch an ad to view the recording and if lucky you see what passed. Also alerts you after someone has been to the door and you can watch them walking away after viewing another advert!

Update change

I really don’t like the latest update on my cameras. I used to be able to open camera 1 or 2 separately, quick and easy….but now you’ve thrown both camera footage in together and I have to scroll and scroll to find what I’m looking for. Why change something that already worked really well? Before this update I’d have given 4 stars but not anymore.

When it works it’s great but it takes many attempts to connect to the live view and accessing the sd card footage. Needs sorting quick.
