運営の対応に失望！

まず最初にゲームは面白いです。ですが！ 運営の対応に悲しくなりました。 定期的にゲームの進行状況がリセットされるバグがあります。 何時間もかけて獲得したゲームのデータが振り出しに戻ります。 数時間プレイしたもののリセットされて振り出しに戻る、、。の繰り返しでかれこれ10回ぐらいやっています。 サポートに何度か問い合わせるものの、定型文の返信対応です。 ゲームの不具合に困っているユーザの気持ちを考えたことがありますか？ 優秀なエンジニアや人材が不足しているのかどうか知りませんが、これだからいつまでたっても日本のトップゲームメーカーにはなれないということがよくわかりました。 引き続き今後の対応もチェックしていこうと思います。
