Evermix

Since Evermix updated their app, it has been problem after problem. Recordings corrupted, or just disappearing. Sign in errors, but worst of all a completely unresponsive customer service. Very disappointing after spending a lot on an evermix 5 box and am about to cancel and look at other platforms.

At first everything was good then when I went to subscribe I was met with a buffering circle that would never disappear, and I could never subscribe, reached out to support, did everything they said then when I said it doesn’t work I never heard back, reached out to out to a manager who then says he will help, tells me my app isn’t up to date send a screenshot to state it’s running the version you say, and then you guessed it no response at all, save your money and buy something else this isn’t worth the outlay or subscription fee.

I just purchased an Evermix 5 device, setup the app and purchased a yearly subscription, that’s when the problems started!!! Apple accepted the subscription but the Evermix app says I don’t have one which means I can’t record video. I was going to use it to record my DJ podcast this weekend but I can’t. I’ve tried everything, cancelling subscription, deleting the app and downloading, restarting my phone, redoing the subscription, restore purchases, sign out of media and pitched and signing back in…..nothing works FFS 🤬🤬 I have messaged support but no answer yet, I will be returning it on Monday!!!!

Always a problem with this app not working, you’d think with the amount of money you pay for everything it would at least get the simple things right but no do not waste your money on this as half of the time it doesn’t even work.
