アプリの不具合について

今までこのアプリだけで完結できたのに、最近はiPhoneのカメラで撮ってからではないと背景が変わらないのはなぜですか？これは不具合なと思うので、早めに改善してもらえるとうれしいです。お願いします。アプリを一度削除し、アップデートをしたら直るのですが、アップデートするたびにその操作をしなくてはいけないのでめんどくさいと思います。
