I paid for Google One / AI Pro (2 TB) and then got locked out of the account by the phone verification step. Every login (PC + phone, multiple browsers, same network) immediately shows “too many failed attempts” even after waiting 24–48-72 hours and even several days. “Try another way” offers no alternative and loops back to the same phone prompt, so I can’t access Drive/Gmail or the storage I already paid for. I contacted Google One support and they repeatedly said they can’t help with account access (only automated recovery) and also can’t refund or even check billing without access to the account. So I’m paying for a service I literally cannot use, with no workable escalation path. Please fix the verification loop or provide a refund path for users who cannot sign in.
