Tripsy is a travel planner and itinerary organiser that brings your flights, hotels, activities, reservations, and travel expenses together in one place. Build a day-by-day trip itinerary, plan routes between stops, and share your travel plans with family and friends. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway, a road trip, a business trip, or a holiday across several cities, keep the details organised and your plans close at hand—even offline. PLAN YOUR DAYS WITH SMART ROUTES See estimated travel times and distances between activities, with routes that fit your schedule. Set arrival buffers for flights and other plans, and see when your schedule leaves too little travel time. Your transportation choices stay saved and sync across your devices. BUILD ROUTES WITH MULTIPLE STOPS Add and reorder stops, choose how to travel on each leg, and see estimated arrival times along the way. View your route on the map and open directions in your preferred navigation app. Save frequently used addresses, such as home, work, or a favourite hotel, to use in future plans. SMART IMPORT Turn screenshots, documents, pasted text, Google Maps and Apple Maps lists, and supported web or social links into places and reservations. Review and edit before importing. Smart Import uses online processing and requires Tripsy Pro on supported system versions. You can also forward booking emails or import travel plans from TripIt. BRING YOUR CALENDARS TOGETHER See events from your selected calendars alongside your trip itinerary, and add them as activities when needed. Sync your Tripsy itinerary to your calendar to keep travel plans visible in your daily schedule. PLAN AND TRAVEL TOGETHER Invite family, friends, or colleagues to collaborate on a trip or follow along with view-only access. Choose who can edit plans and access documents or expenses. Save favourite guests to make planning your next trip together easier. STAY INFORMED ON THE GO Receive flight updates for delays, gates, terminals, and baggage claims. Check 10-day weather forecasts, keep track of local time zones, and access your itinerary offline when you don't have a connection. SMART INSIGHTS Find baggage, breakfast, parking, and cancellation details from attached documents and emails right in your activities. Review suggested costs before saving. Analysis runs on your device and requires Apple Intelligence. KEEP YOUR TRAVEL DETAILS CLOSE Keep reservation emails, documents, photos, links, and notes with your trip. Personalise each trip with a cover image or colour. TRACK EXPENSES AND LOOK BACK ON YOUR TRAVELS Record travel expenses in multiple currencies, let guests add their own expenses, and keep track of spending throughout your trip. Export itineraries, activity lists, and expenses to CSV. With Tripsy Book, explore your travel statistics, including countries visited, hotel nights, flight time, and distance traveled.
