Buggiest game I’ve ever played. An example: APAC chat bug on known issue list since 2nd April. Last update was 8th April saying issues are still being looked into. Writing this review on 20th August. Have asked for an update a dozen times since then with no response. The Bug means you can’t text chat with alliance members via in game text chat. This affects multiple servers in the apac region. Over half the time I try to chat it doesn’t work. Sometimes you restart the game and clear cache 10 times and still can’t chat. Trying to coordinate events and formation armadas is impossible if you can’t chat and armadas aren’t showing up in chat when someone starts one.

Downloaded but then failed to load Frozen in this limbo state saying first time user taking longer than usual to load. Ended up deleting it- hopeless game.

This game was good when it came out back in 2019 but now my god. The bugs in this game just keep on keeping on to the point it’s becoming so unplayable. Screen freezes, alliance chat never works, It just doesn’t work any more. You spend more time restarting the game than actual play time. If you want a game that keeps dropping out then this is the game for you. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because it’s Star Trek.

The game is bad I can’t even play it

I have played for two years and have spent some real life money to progress because i love the ships. The game has a new CEO who openly said if we write a bad review we will be punished. The game has become unplayable and unaffordable, but the Devs do not care. They have run out of ideas and rebrand events to appear progressive. The events dont work often issues with the content or scoring occur. Afterwards they compensate with one blue print or other irrelevant item of no use. The time spent in game over 11 hrs a day is not respected and players are loosing hope the game will continue. With each update more is broken and more real money needs to be used or it can take years to upgrade buildings. It also uses the chance factor when you spend in game leading you to having to spend more rl money. If not for the ships and the friendships you will make i will stay, i live in hope the devs will be kind and introduce fairer pricing and learn how to fix the broken bits. Only play this game if you can devote years and have the time to play, plus have a thick skin because for a long time you will be a sitting duck.
