L’app è intuibile quindi facile da usare e ci sono tutte le funzionalità necessarie per avere bella esperienza durante l’annata. L’assistenza è ottima, quando ho avuto bisogno d’aiuto mi hanno risolto il problema in 5 minuti. Continuate così 💪
Oggi l’app ha fatto il logout automaticamente, ho avuto problemi a rifare il login e ho chiesto aiuto all’assistenza, che prontamente ha provveduto a risolvere il problema, dandomi la possibilità di rifare il login. Complimenti a voi, lo state facendo bene😉 Grazie mille
Che deprimente declino. Fino a qualche anno fa era una normalissima app per Fantacalcio. Adesso sei essenzialmente obbligato a pagare per utilizzarla. Pubblicità e premium walls ovunque. Mentre navighi l’app, si apre una pubblicità di 30/60s ogni minuto e mezzo. FOLLIA e probabilmente infrange anche Il DGPR europeo a riguardo. Personalizzazione della squadra? Fino allo scorso anno potevi tranquillamente usare tutte le skin a disposizione, adesso devi pagare. Il welfare dello user CONTA, anche di più dei servizi che offre l’app.
Non capisco questo aggiornamento dove cambia totalmente la grafica e la normalità e la semplicità di un app. Io non faccio mai review ma casualmente oggi mi tocca venire qui e dire la mia perché non è bello mettere la formazione e avare mal di testa con tutto sto cambiamento e scritte sullo schermo. Credo che certe volte la semplicità è il grande risultato. Vi prego fate qualcosa.
Non capisco veramente perchè usare un app come questa peggiore sia a livello grafico che di funzionalità. Ma non solo, anche lo staff è poco professionale. Uso due applicazioni, e leghe di fantagazzetta è di gran lunga superiore.
