遊べない

しばらく遊べたのに、何故か突然遊べなくなった。広告を見てコインを入手する画面から1ミリも動かず、閉じるボタンを押しても広告を見ても何をしても変わらない。挙げ句の果て、アプリを一度消してもう一度入れたが変化はなかった。楽しかっただけあり、非常に残念である。原因がわからない為、早急な改善を求める。

僕は7年前からこのゲームをやっているのですが、暇つぶしにはとても良いゲームだと思います！ただ、レースのステージが消えてしまい、レースの報酬アイテムが獲得不可能となってしまっているので、どうにかして欲しいです。
