App okay, Zahlung Flop!

Die App an sich ist okay, leider ist es aber kaum möglich in Deutschland etwas zu bestellen und auch zu bezahlen. Ein Mal habe ich es nach diverse Versuchen geschafft etwas über Paypal zu bezahlen. Inzwischen möchte ich denen nicht mehr meine Daten überlassen. Kreditkarte bricht er immer wieder ab (scheinbar ohne irgendwas getan zu haben?!) und alle anderen Zahlungsmethoden sind ausgegraut und offenbar doch nicht verfügbar. So kann ich nichts kaufen. Schade.

Xiaomi Robot Vacuum T12

Ich besitze unzählige Xiaomi Produkte und bin massiv enttäuscht über die NICHT-Kulanz bezüglich des Roboters. Dieser wurde bereits 4mal zur Reparatur eingesandt und der Fehler ist immer noch nicht behoben…Einsendung -Rücksendung-Einsendung-Rücksendung…usw… Ich weiß nicht wie lange dieser unfassbare Kundensupport noch weitergehen soll…
