Non non et non

Très mauvaise expérience. Un prélèvement de 129,99 € a été effectué alors que je n’ai jamais souhaité souscrire à un achat payant sur cette application. Le montant est extrêmement élevé et la souscription ne m’a pas semblé claire au moment de l’utilisation. J’ai demandé un remboursement immédiatement après avoir constaté le prélèvement, mais il a été refusé au motif que l’achat serait “non remboursable”. Je déconseille fortement cette application et invite les utilisateurs à être très vigilants avant toute interaction avec les offres payantes.
