Latest update had broken things but they fixed it again! Some more detailed analytical features on the desktop version aren’t available and it’s hard to understand why not, despite having logged in hundreds of times it never stops displaying the welcome / onboarding messages, but overall it does the job for a quick look at your stats and a bit more. Updating things like your bio and artist pick works but profile picture is a bit glitchy.
Why does the app not allow you to log out anymore and check stats for another artist!?!?
It’s diabolical that the artists are unable to share their own canvases via the app anymore..
Last time I wrote a review, spotify for artists needed iOS 18, now it needs iOS 26, it's getting ridiculous. There's no reason for the app to be inaccessible, it is a statistics app, why could that possibly require the latest iOS updates? I haven't been able to use the app for a very long time now
This used to be an app that you could use to track your data. It is no longer an app. I sign in 5 times only to be told to claim my profile, which I claimed over a year ago. It let me in once, signed me out automatically in the background, when I tried to sign in, it asked me to claim my profile again. The update says bug fixes, which in this context means they added bugs to make this app unusable.
I’m on an old phone. It was working fine, then it suddenly says you need to update, but I need iOS 18 to do that, so I can’t update the app. Will try and use it online instead, but it’s a hassle logging in with the security check each time.
