Aplicativo parou no tempo. Não tem conteúdos novos, alguns com a pegada Coach motivacional, de baixa qualidade. Dr. Lara é bom, mas não tem boa dicção, sofrível ouvir seus áudios. Navegação do app é confusa, tentam fazer um diagnóstico pessoal para oferecer o conteúdo, mas não funciona direito. As sessões potencialmente mais interessantes são Cura Profunda e Cirurgia da Mente, mas logo essas têm a pior organização e qualidade de áudio. Acho que falta deixar claro o que se esperar de cada sessão, bem como a técnica utilizada, de onde foi retirado aqui, até para honrar os criadores originais das técnicas.

Ótimo app

Sou psicólogo e baixei o app tanto por motivos pessoais quanto profissionais. Estou iniciando e achei muito interessante até agora o módulo de autoestima. Muito esclarecedor sobre os diferentes problemas de autoestima, bem como dá ideias de um modelo de autoestima saudável (ou “boa”, como refere-se no app). Apesar de não substituir a terapia, acho um ótimo complemento, ou iniciação para conteúdos em saúde mental saúde mental.
