Playback not working

The live view is good.. and easy to monitor.. however there are few drawbacks which the provider should improve on.. 1. The playback in SD card doesn’t work.. you can’t view or download the old videos. Only live view is working. 2. There is a lag in the camera/app. The high response time creates frustration..
