Lost Everything and no Help

I have played this game for many years and have advanced to a pretty high levels in many areas. However, for no specific reason (log in?) I suddenly lost several years worth of of ships, skins, drones, stones and many other valuable items. I have written several times to see how they can be restored, however no one has gotten back to me. This is very frustrating and disheartening. I have literally spent hundreds of hours to gain these advancements, but seem to have disappeared. I appreciate any help. UPDATE - I have updated my rating, as costumer support was able to retrieve my account! BIG thank you!
