I can’t believe they are charging small artists £1.25 to get their own royalties…. As well making me pay for a subscription (that I have already been paying for for the past 2 years) in order to see something as basic as my insights. They are selling out.

I downloaded app, created an account and linked my previous releases from Spotify and Apple Music. When I went to pick a subscription plan a blank page would appear with no options. I tried logging on to the web page and still faced the same issue. I attempted to contact customer services via chat bot which was a waste of time. When I asked to speak to a human advisor I was given a list of possible problems to choose from (none of which related to the problem I was facing). The chat bot says that only customers with a subscription can speak to a human advisor about other topics so I am now stuck in a loop with no options of contact to resolve this issue. I am trying to give these guys money, why are they making it so hard????

Illegal took down my music when I own all of it and provided proof I had licenses for the beats and said I was another person like what??? All the music I uploaded is mine. Terrible customer service, I literally got the origin of the copyright claim taken down which I had to find because they refused to give it to me but gave it to me when the same thing happened last year on my other account? Then can’t get my music back up when I’ve provided every proof I’m the world I own the songs
