Oversteps and changes meaning

Started out great for spelling and grammar six months ago. Constant updates have made the generative AI insert itself more and more. It clearly has an opinion and will alter your word order to actually change the meaning and call it “proofreading.” Why think when Grammarly can tell the world what you should think? They, of course, refused my request for a refund on my annual subscription. Edit: I previously contacted support and they told me that my concerns about the AI were covered by the download agreement and I was free to individually delete each of the near 250 gibberish words in the personal dictionary. Now that I have left a poor review they invited me to resubmit my support ticket. 🙄
