Serious bug and dishonesty

It was indicated that I would be paid $16,000 if I surrendered, but when I actually surrendered, I lost the gammon. I know that surrendering in a situation where a gammon loss is inevitable is as good as a gammon loss, but it is not right that I have to pay $32,000 when the amount indicated is $16,000. It is understandable that the amount shown and the amount paid are different, as the board situation could have changed if it is the opponent's turn after the end of the turn. If before the end of the turn, the board situation does not change behind the scenes.I would like the amount shown and the amount paid to be the same.This request has been communicated many times, but no honest answers have been given at all. Note: No mention of fairness. It only mentions the difference between the amount displayed and the amount paid. Other apps do not have such problems. You just need to rectify this bug, but you always change the subject like this. You are very rude in your reply as if I am complaining about the randomness and impartiality as well as others who have given low ratings.
