Stop updating!

Now it’s JP Morgan and not Nutmeg they keep updating the app for the worse. Even the font in the latest app makes my skin crawl!

Error message after error message

JPM have been chasing me to re-register after their takeover of Nutmeg. I finally bit the bullet, but what a mess. Just a string of error messages I can’t get past, so will be binning this off as a bad experience

Latest update a backwards step

Now requires and extra screen to get to investment page, previously it was one press from Home Screen - now it’s two. Also the graph doesn’t show world events any more

Can’t see contributions

Hate that you can see in the app contributions in a list as you make them.

Great

I recently switched to JP Morgan and think I made the right decision. The fees are lower and expert advice is just a phone call away. I’ve spoken to a couple of advisers who have been extremely helpful in explaining what products are available to me in my situation.

Terrible app

Cannot allocate pot, cannot finish investment allocation setup. Chat agent is useless. Not an intuitive app. Key things are hidden. Bad UI. Poor support
