Bait and Switch

Thought I was downloading one game, turned out to be very different, was fun for awhile but Evony definitely charges to play and often will bill double and triple the package that you paid for. Customer service is a joke, they ask for screenshot and go round and round in circles. They don’t provide any solutions. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend. Only gave 5 stars because they’re less likely to delete my comment.

In game support not supportive

I have been a long time player of this game, I have sent several reports about in game in cheating and bullying and they have not put action into place against the player that bully or make the server intolerable. In the game we are unable to get resources or even collect resources within our own alliance as they come and destroyed our alliance city and place their own to kick us out of our hive. We try to rally monsters and they effectively use bots to get the majority of bosses so we cannot get them. They are starving our server and preventing anyone outside of their alliance to grow and improve their keeps. The devs are not actioning it because they want all players to spend to play. So now this is not a free game and they will not help because it benefits them to force people to pay to play this game.

Completely never ending. Played over 2 years and I was still learning. You have to play daily at least 2 hours to get ahead. Not engaging, no end, discouraging. Hope this game is dismantled
