takes extremely long to load and sometimes never loads at all. I’m trying to access tickets I purchased and it won’t let me log in or change my password. And for some reason there’s no option to just create a new account, you can only sign in to an existing one. This is just impossible to work with and I don’t know how I’m going to access my purchase since I was never even sent a confirmation email
Unless you pay for premium, they do not let you on. We stood there for 4 hours. What a scam
This is the worst park in terms of disability service. I’ve seen people with no disability whatsoever in a wheelchair, while my child who can’t walk can’t get a wheelchair because they have run out. The process to get the disability pass is the worst of the Disney parks, and yes, I’ve been to all of them. And on his favorite ride so go to every single time (we are diamond pass holders) because of his wheelchair they put him in the same spot in line every time and it just happens to be the worst seat every time. But when I’ve gone without him, we sit in a lovely seat and I feel that this is discrimination against a disabled person. Shanghai Disney needs to step up it’s disability support services. It’s frankly embarrassing.
The app is very slow, nothing is working properly. For weeks still can make hotel reservations through it. Owner needs to work on it.
The loading times on this app are terrible and the ui sucks
The app doesn’t work if you are an American trying to get in with an American number while in China, make sure you have it all figured out before you arrive!
