Does not do what it’s advertised to do. No tech support, AI answers to tech issues that do not fix any issues. Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY THIS APP!

Support is absolute trash. When you have a problem, and you absolutely will, it will take support multiple months to address the issue meanwhile you’re paying for a completely useless service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Very difficult to manage

Not for UAL

Used to be a good app for syncing rosters but not longer supports UAL. Multiple inquires sent with responses such as “we are actively working on a solution” but it’s been like this for months.

Used to be good

Quality has gone down hill since CAE bought the app. Customer service is virtually non-existent anymore. Unable to upload my schedule in the way I have in the past….kind of makes a scheduling app pretty useless.
