AI does nothing to enhance experience

The app has gone the wrong direction. The lights too often disconnect as it is, however their latest app refresh seems to have bugs and focuses more on learning your network, Bluetooth, and location more than having functioning lights. This was not how it worked two years ago and certainly not worth keeping around.

Can’t change from KG to LBS

So far I’m enjoying the litter box and I like what the app can do. But I’m really disappointed that the weight can’t be changed from KG to LBS. If your app services people in different countries you should tailor to all of them in that area.

Terribly Designed App

This is a terribly designed app for a robotic litter box I bought off Amazon. The UI is completely screwed and I don’t know what anything does. Can someone make this actually better?

Zero Stars

After a few months of having this, it stopped automatically cleaning. Almost every time I have to go in the settings to recalibrate it. Every time I hit the cleaning button in the app it says “timed out”. Also, when you go deeper in the settings to check the Wi-Fi connection, it says it can’t connect when it is very clearly connected and there are no Wi-Fi issues. It has been a nightmare. Sometimes it will say that the litter box and you need to replace the bag when it is not and the warning just won’t go away even if you replace the bag.
